The Spirit of Aikido
"Everyone has a spirit that can be defined, a body that can be trained in some manner, a suitable path to follow. Foster peace in your own life and then apply the Art to all that you encounter." — Morihei Ueshiba.
Morihei Ueshiba is the founder of the Japanese martial art of Aikido. He is often referred to as Kaiso, meaning 'founder', or O'sensei, meaning 'Grand Master'. Find out more here: Morihei Ueshiba.
