Clare Aikikai offers beginners to advanced Aikido classes for adults and children in Liscannor, County Clare, Ireland.
Aikido is a natural movement martial art that co-ordinates the mind and body for health, defense and self-development. Aikido also educates and develops character, and fosters a positive attitude and spirit of peace through training in physical and mental self-discipline.
Clare Aikikai Aikido classes are offered each Tuesday and Thursday evenings by nidan (second degree) Aikido instructor Martin Doyle (above left) who has been practicing Aikido with the Irish Aikido Federation since 1987.
